It is interesting to see SacPD and Downtown Sacramento Partnership acknowledging the correlation between crime and private motor vehicles. Causation? I’ll speculate yes.

Why is there motor vehicle access to Old Sacramento, at any time? I’d suggest no motor vehicles at any time, except access for handicap placards, and delivery, off hours.
