• UPDATE: Pedestrian killed on Highway 50 in West Sacramento identified as Davis man (SacBee 2014-01-06); I’m never quite sure whether to include these sorts of incidents, that don’t seem to be related to the normal flow of pedestrian and bicyclist traffic, but ignoring it doesn’t seem to make sense either
